Complementary workshop sessions are targeted towards science and math, middle and high school teachers who have used computers before.
- Session I: Introduction to the National Science Digital Library; instruction on assembling NSDL resources into online learning activities using the Instructional Architect; create 2-3 online learning activities
- Between sessions: Use at least 1 learning activity with students; complete a short reflection statement about the experience
- Session II: Demonstrate learning activities used in class; share experiences with other participants; learn more tips and tricks for using NSDL and the Instructional Architect
